7045213 YA Quadrajet
Should be correct for 1975 Chevy Truck, I believe 74-77. Dated 1206, if that matters. I am not sure if it fits the 1/2 ton. May just be for the bigger trucks.
Complete carb. Moves freely and no rust. The only thing missing is the screw in plug on the back of the base, which I assume is for power brakes. There is an 11/32 nipple on front for PCV hose. Uses divorced choke. Will try to post pics tomorrow. I will not likely every use it. Free. Just pay shipping.

I would like to grab it for my 77 K10 which actually needs a Q-Jet to replace the Holley that is on it. Thank you if I am the first guy stepping up. I will have you ship it to Port Huron Michigan if that is ok? Paul
