SOLD I've got a power steering pump and brackets off of a '69 427. I don't know the condition. The pump turns free and it's clean inside. $150 plus shipping. SOLD

How much for the rest of the 427...

![]() I'd really like to put an L72 in my '66 Chevelle someday. The CRT, 496 currently in there needs to go in my '70 SS.

I'm probably going to put the 427 up for sale later this week or next week. It's a '69 Impala engine, but not a L72. I don't remember the hp rating on it.

			 Quote:

I had a '69 427 from an Impala that I took out of a rust bomb, gas guzzler in about '76. I got divorced in '81 and dragged it around to apartments and flop houses until '83 and finally sold it before it turned to junk under a tarp on my trailer. The 427 I had was the base LS-1, 335 hp. If yours is the L36, 390 hp, I may be interested. KY is a nice drive in the winter...

I'm working on getting 3 327s sold this week and then I'm going to get started on the 427. I've got to get it on a stand and check the cylinders and crank before listing it for sale. I don't remember if it's the 335 or 390.

No hurry on my part, Freddie, it would just sit for a while until I stop spending funds on the Chevelle and Camaro. I just am keeping watch for 1 to pop up that I can justify buying for future use.
