Weird description to be sure, but judging by the few (terrible) auction pics, the car does look pretty clean. If there's some room in the price it might get interesting.

I like how the seller was inspired by the Herb Adams road racer, but I'm thinking those wheel spacers aren't what Herb would have recommended for track duty.... ;-)
