I hate when the grill surround isn’t painted.......I stopped looking after that.

A friend of mine has a '69 and the grill surround isn't painted. I asked him if he was going to get it painted and he said it was suppose to be that way and that some cars came from the factory like that. I tried to tell him politely that he was wrong, but he still believes that.
