how frustrating, I cant find valve covers for my L72 and this thing has a killer set! Wonder if he'd trade for my M/T's.....

Don't get too worked up. The valve covers for a '66 L72 are different.

I assume you can buy very correct valve covers for any year BBC from Crane Corvette?
