Wonder what "Honest Ed" will have to say once some of the dashcam video becomes available. I'll bet some of the ground effects bodywork on those cars took a beating during the tow operations.

I have no ideal what "stunt driving" is.
Speeds in excess of 150kph. Not defendint stupid driving, and appears to be a group effort, but I doubt there are very few on this board (or most and car guy board) that have not exceeded 93 mph at one time or another.

Don't know if the same rule applies in Canada as in the U.S., but in the U.S. the gov. can permanantly seize (as in sell it at auciton eventually after they let it set a couple years in a lot turning to crap) a vehicle, boat or even a home that is actually a tool of the crime. It isn't a criminal penalty; it is a civil forfeiture.
