Did you do the above ? When you upload the pic from your computer a little thumbnail of the pic will show up, then go to the right and hit "do it", then submit.

Also if you are trying from an Iphone then try it from a laptop or pc. I never could get iphone to work with the uploads. Something about how the pics are formatted..
