Thanks guys...yet another year behind me.

I'm getting used to this retirement program and my 'garage projects' are finally getting some much deserved attention.

Speaking of the garage, the in-floor radiant heat is percolating, the bathroom is operational & the beer fridge is loaded...life is good up here in the GWN.
