Default 1969 Camaro bracket?

Was in a box with some other 69 stuff removed quite a few years ago. But just cant place it.

Originals have stamp rite punched on the underside.
I'd also be interested to see if the five sixteenths hex screw has a specific head marking or if its blank. Thanks Rich
