Born and raised in metro Detroit and I would never leave my car unattended anywhere. When I lived closer to the Detroit I would always park my cars (toys) in my garage on jack stands with the tires and rims in the basement. The garage was darn near bullet proof but no one was getting my pride and joy. Wife always called me paranoid. I don't understand people leaving their cars.

Sadly, this has kept me from attending some shows in that area. Just don't feel safe about leaving my rig sit overnight. Just not worth it.

http://www.dewaltmobilelock.com/ Many contractors and travelling musicians are using these on their equipment trailers and vehicles with good recovery results. It's a crying shame that these are necessary, but we know what reality is.
