Default Original paint Z-16 at Chevelle show

I went to the Carolina Chevelle show this weekend in Burlington, NC. Lots of cool Chevelles including this one which got a lot of attention.
Just thought some of you would like to see a few pics

COOL! Would love to know the story behind that car, and how it stayed intact all those years.

I love seeing cars in original, pre-restored condition. I am not extremely knowledgeable on these cars like many of you are, so I didn't talk to the owner. I wish I had so I could relay the story though. I just assumed some people on here would know the car. I wish I took more pictures too.

I saw that on in "Chevelle World". Amazing that it has remained untouched all of these years!

Wow
Did anyone notice the spark plug wire heat shields ?
Was this just an early BBC thing ? What years were they used ?

Very cool Mike

I'm not being critical of the car because Lord knows I'd be thrilled to have it in my garage, but what's the 90° fitting on the fuel line? Is that a standard Z-16 piece?
Looks like a bathroom plumbing piece I used a couple of months ago.

What's the mileage on the car?
