LA cars did not only Norwood for 70 not sure on 71,72 or 73

Also for a number of weeks in spring 1970, on Norwood produced cars the "Z" stamp wasn't used and the TT was stamped "28.10" (Z-28 with white stripes) or "28.19" (Z-28 with black stripes).

70-72 have the option info on the tag. 70 & 71 have the same format. 72 has some other RPO info too.
