Bill,

I think it is a local mall here in the Cleveland area that is getting demolished and turned into an industrial park. It was a beautiful mall when it was built about 40 years ago. Very modern and popular in its early days. Urban spread and crime helped lead to its demise. Most good tenants have been gone for years.

Probably the best thing that can be done to that property.
