That is one nice looking car, and original owner to boot. On the high end (in general), but not way out there for a car like this special ordered and low miles.

He's had that car for sale for a year or so. Very nice, indeed. If it had been a RS/Z28, I would have been seriously tempted - even if it is black (nothing wrong with black, just that I've had my fill of cars that color).

Rich </div></div> C'mon Rich you &amp; I own 2nd Gen. Z's &amp; I think his Price is Fair or Almost to Low. You can't build a decent car for that Price &amp; the higher we can get for our cars the better off we are..Just Saying ! 2nd. Gen . Camaros need to start hitting there mark..

I think Rich's price opinion is right on the money (pun intended)....73's generally don't command as much as the earlier 2nd gens due to the EGR, cast iron intake, Q-jet, and hydraulic lifters. Standard front bumper guards on non-RS 73's are also none too popular. You are absolutely correct that you can't build a decent car for that money, but that is the case with many, many collector cars.

It's not what I *think* that they should be worth, just that the market is still down and yes, the 2nd Gens still have not caught up yet. Finally, as Bill said the 73's are not as &quot;in demand&quot; as the earlier years. To add to Bills post, they are also 10 bolts by then.

I *wish* my 70Z Copo was worth more, but fact is, it aint, especially being an Auto.
