Happy Thanksgiving gang!
Still coming off the high from the MCACN show. I'll be probably starting each post for the next year with that same sentence!! The cars, the people, the memories. Well, I guess that's all I have to say. Take care! ...Oh wait, that's not what I originally wanted to post about! See? Still not focusing clearly. So the show got me thinking of a a project I want to do and would need some reference material. I'm looking for any links to vintage Yenko and COPO Ads that may be floating around. And forgive the ignorance on the subject, but did they even advertise them back in the day? You can either post them here, or post up the link for me to head over to. Also, if anyone does any part time graphic designing (photoshop, etc), drop me a note. I have a few feelers out in that area, but the more the merrier. Thanks guys! I appreciate the help. Cheers |

I think Dave might have an interesting project in mind. I'm sure there has been plenty of this type of info posted here, but will need an expert in using the site's search engine.

I found a few ads, but they're not Yenko specific. I may have enough material for the project. Got a few PMs about some graphic guys too! Love this site!!!

You're right - I'll work on adding the stock numbers to the Registry. The first car that I looked up - 69 Camaro with stock number 9682 is 9N615034 which was shown at Superchevy 2012 by Keith S. It would be cool to keep a copy of that ad with the individual cars involved. |
