Don't need one as it is incorrect to have it.
That photo is from my car and I have since corrected all the details.
Here is the updated photo and resto.
I did a thread a few years back right here on sYc on how to restore a battery topper.
Mine is for a 1970 T60 Chevelle though.

Thanks...I used that photo as a reference...should have said this is for a top post battery/R59. I think they did use them on that application...yes??

Thanks for finding that thread for me Pete I am great Pete and I am keeping busy with my 70 Chevelle club on Facebook with close to 500 members, hope to see you soon as cruising season has just started this week in the great north strong and free GTA area.

Wilma, I have been told by many that this Tag is incorrect regardless of top post or side terminal batteries.

I think that modern battery warning tag comes in a package deal when you buy the Ford "CAUTION FAN" sticker for Camaros.

The 1st & 8th photo attachment in Dannys clickable old thread were my two R79 NOS batteries back then.
As has been stated, that's a modern day DANGER POISON hang tag to meet todays hazardous shipping rules.
