We have an AMAZING car this week from the Brothers Collection... a 1970 Chevelle SS LS6 454 - with a legitimate 34.2 miles on the odometer! It's a brand new car that has survived in pristine original condition all these years. More pics at MuscleCarOfTheWeek.com.

You're showing the wrong buildsheet @ the 1:53 mark.
That's for another differently optioned LS-6.....and with a vinyl top to boot. |

I noticed that also. Saw m22 and right after he talks about the T400.

I just let him know. They grabbed the placard from another LS6. Maybe a red car.

I dunno? I think if it was mine, I'd have to drive it. That's what it was built for. Not much, just enough to let folks know why it has the reputation it does....

definitely would have to drive it, just a car. what about the "chevelle" emblem missing and the SS emblem appears to be upside down on the grill? were the stripes added as an option? Jim

I noted that, BUT after taking my car to to the Norwood Assembly Plant Reunion a couple of weeks ago and listening to and being able to ask the workers any question about the production of Norwood cars, you wouldn't believe how cars left the plants. Except for a few folks on this forum that are real sharp shooters when it comes to restorations, many are clueless and not the experts they claim to be. I especially liked one worker who stated a Camaro from Fisher Body came down from the drop from above to meet its chassis. The body had no hole in the drive shaft tunnel to meet its 4 speed transmission chassis! Then he said<span style="font-style: italic"> "that's where a big-ass chisel and hammer came into play. Problem solved....."</span>

never say never, back in the day it was just a automobile and a job, can't hold up the assembly line, but like you said he have these self proclaimed experts/purists that think it was like this and shouldn't be like that, lots of crazy stuff was done , got to have a opened mind, Jim

How do you go through all that production and drop the ball on the build sheet?
