It's a SS396 post sedan.Are they worth anything?

So my buddy sends me an email this morning and says-I'm going to pick up a 69 SS396 Chevelle today.It's rough but I'm getting it for under $1000.It's a 325HP 4 Spd bench.Dust blue mettallic with all the paperwork.No motor or trans.

So I say.Cool man.Even if it's tough the rear is worth that much.He says.Oh ya.It's a 300 post sedan.Did you know they made those?Are they worth anything?A moment of silence on my end.So after I pick myself up off the floor.I say.Are you kidding?Do you know what those cars are worth?

Well.Turns out it is a non post hardtop 300.It still has the back side interior panels and white stripe seats.It has factory tach and gauges.So I ask him how bad the frame is.&quot;It has no frame.They mounted the body on a 4x4 frame and were using it as a bush buggy!&quot;
