![]() I have a 480 distributor that has alot of distributor end play ( .70" ). Is it ok to add washers to make the gap smaller ( .20" )? |

I had mine restored by Jerry m. He has a sun distributor machine, recur vies it, resins it, checks all the spring weights. I believe it was $145. Works great

That's what I do to tighten them up whenever I do a rebuild.
