Default 1968 Mustang S Code GT Fastback. Found!

Just picked this one up. Last on the road in 1989 then parked. Factory tach, overhead console, 9", power discs, and deluxe interior. Original big block car but now has 351W and C4 in it. Sending away for the Marti report to see what was what on it. The car is very solid. Has some neat day 2 style stuff on it like Mr. Gasket traction bars and some Thrush Mufflers. I also got a set of Fenton Gyros with it that was on it before it was parked. Special thanks to John (C1SS396) for helping with it.

To be honest, I already have a nice driver 1967 Mustang fastback. I'll get this one cleaned up and running and see what I want to do with it. I have too many projects as it is that I can't get to.

Well the Marti report came and it looks like it was a factory 4 speed car. Looks like it was a very nice car when new. Close to the Bullit Mustang.

Highland Green 390 4sp GT? That's gonna sell itself. Maybe you can get your ad to play that Cheryl Crow song.... "Like Steve...McQueen". You've probably already got PM's, lol....Good save.
