Default 1111480 z28 dist. dated Dec 30 69?

Hey guys, i have an original 1111480 dist. that came with my 69 z28 pile of parts. The dist. is dated M-dec 30th 1969. What would this dist be for? Its an original not stamped dist. Would this be an over the counter part? or somthing very late? Thanks!!

Matt

It's a service replacement.

The 1111480 distributor was serviced by GMPD and Delco well into the '80s. One of our customers bought several to get the date he wanted.
