I helped to put two people together on a gar and it is being shipped via Reliable. As you can guess, the new owner is anxious for the car to arrive.
For the last week, it has been sitting in the MI terminal. Car was supposed to be here no later than the 23rd of this month. It does not appear to be happening. When we requested a reasonable forecast on when the car would arrive, the were unwilling to commit to another date. When we asked if there was any discount for cars being delayed, the fellow on the phone said "No" but seemed to be stammering on both questions. Does anyone else have any advice or experience on how to handle this situation? |

I hate to say I jumped the gun on this post, but as of yesterday things seemed to be in limbo. We got a phone call and the car is being delivered this afternoon!
I don't know if there was simply a misunderstanding on the car's status when we spoke yesterday or something else. Either way, it looks like Reliable came through! Mistakes are made every day, and i have my share of them. I always feel what separates the good guys from the rest is not the mistakes, but how they correct them. Regardless of the delivery being a correction or simply natural timeline from day 1, I am very happy with the way Reliable has treated this delivery! Pics to follow! |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The driver of the truck, Brian was a heck of a nice guy. It's really nice to hear his perspective on people he meets and the job he has. Poor guy drove got out late last night waiting for another truck to arrive with some other cars to relay. He said it was after 8 pm and drove all of the way to PA today. Was going to go grab some sleep and head up to NY. Sounds like the logistics of the truck with the other cars was a little touch-and-go and they probably just were at a point it was unknown. In the end, the car arrived a day before the latest promised date and was taken good car of. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them in the future. |

Paul.....I have to agree that we jumped the gun on REALIABLE...
They got the car here on the timeline as promised. Larry from the MI office even followed up with me to make sure I was happy and the driver, Brian, was awesome and took good care of the MARK. Thanks Charley...most enjoyable, effortless deal I have ever done. |
