Does anyone know what the market value of an unmodified 71 CL coded dual snorkel air cleaner is? these came on 71 LS5 Chevelles w/o CI or A/C and on 70 Big Block Camaros w/o A/C. I have one and a local guy wants to buy it. I am trying to come up with a price that is fair to both of us. I know they are not close to as valuable as the 70 units but are still quite rare and desirable. I can post pictures if it would help.
Thanks, Jason |

I would say $750-$1,000 for a near mint unit needing only cleaning.

Well, the guy who was interested had a different idea of what this air cleaner was worth that I did. He ended up buying a GTO dual snorkel instead. Since I had the air cleaner pulled out and blasted already I decided to put it on Ebay to see what it is worth. This should answer the question since the auction is no reserve. If anyone is interested, I will give a 5% discount to paid members.
Thanks, Jason |

Maybe the value it not there? I personally think there are snipers hiding in the bushes.
