Mike, I went to your eBay username. Then I clicked on "see other items" and went to your gas cap. It came up with a different page than the one you listed above. I copied and pasted it and that worked.

I'm not sure what the other link is.

Kurt

It's simple Mikey - this world is not made for knuckle-dragging old salty sailors like us - unless we have graduated from the Xplantdad school for web dummies!

clik here!

After you clik the second icon above ("create a link to a web page&quot paste the web page address into the box and clik "OK" - then another empty box appears. Now type in whatever words you want to use to represent the web address, such as "clik here!"

Still jacked up. Nothing I copy in ebay works when I right click on the web bar. Whatever address was there changes to something that looks like 3 or 4 lines. I even logged off and it still does it.
I can go to any other sight and copy and paste and it is fine.

Sam, I already know about the other trick, thanks.

BRUCE...it never used to do this, a setting maybe ?

I just copied and pasted this in the web bar and it goes to my cap listing

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...item4aa6ac6d7a
ViewItem&item=320623897978&ru=http%3A%2F%2 Fmotors.shop.ebay.com%3A80%2F__%3F_from%3DR40%26_t rksid%3Dp4712.m39.l1313%26_nkw%3D320623897978%26_s acat%3D%26_fvi%3D1&_rdc=1

and it shows this address

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/69-70...item4aa6ac6d7a

But it still will not copy the one line hot link, It still changes to the long version..
