I would say that the first pic looks about 99% restamped while the second appears genuine. Need to check the broach marks with the heads off to see if they have been decked.

Pad on first stamp appears lower than the water pump (as in it was decked?)
Pad on second stamp appears at least equal to if not higher than water pump (as in it was not decked?) Just my $0.02. Jake
