Does anyone know the application for these GM brake shoes? GM Part # 5471728 and 1154120. Thanks in advance.

appears to be nearly all a and f rear

Do you mean all A and F bodies for those brake shoes? The 5471728 shoes are in AC Delco boxes. The 1154120 are in GM boxes.
