Question regarding "for sale" ads

I didn't see this in the "Must Read" thread in that Forum, but thought I remember reading something about this at sometime in the past. Are we able to put a for sale ad in for a friend's car? Thanks.

Further clarification and blessings from the Mods may be req'd to see if 'friend's ads' apply but the #3 rule was partially rescinded w/ the 'Heads up' section here..
