Have you had any contact with them?
They possibly might have been the ordering dealer of a '66 L72 Corvette that I've been researching.
I'm not surprised they dealt with some muscle. Chanute AFB was close by.

I do know that Ernie Roger's Chevrolet had a Red Deuce w/white stripes ... as I remember it was sold to a female. Have no idea where the car went from there. At one time there were three Deuces running around Rantoul -- the red Deuce mentioned above, one was a dark green w/white stripes (belonged to a Mark McDonald) and the Cortez Silver that I owned. Have tried to chase down the green Deuce with no luck -- seems Mark McDonld passed and the last I heard his dad had the car in a barn/shed there but could not varify that.

We have Yenko's inventory notation for the red deuce, but it has never surfaced. I have heard the story of a female buying it new though, so thanks for the additional confirmation.

We did not know that Rodgers also sold a dark green and a silver one. That would make perfect sense though as most dealers received at least 3 deuces as their initial order.

If someone has title search capability in IL, try running down the Red one; VIN = 114270W350960.

Someone should also try to run down the FG story.
