Default PAINT STRIPING

SOME ONE SPRAY BOMED THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT ON MY NOVA WITH BLACK PAINT WHAT WOULD BE THE BEST WAY TO REMOVE THE PAINT ON THE INNER FENDERS WHERE IT IS PAINTED BODY COLOR WITH OUT HURTING THE ORIGINAL COLOR UNDER THE BLACK PAINT ? <font color="blue"> </font>

I do paint striping, but I don't do any paint stripping!
