I have received the below email or one similar to it for my craig's list listing. Has anyone else here gotten this?
I am sure that it is someone trying to sell this service and trolling car for sale sites. I have not responded to any of them but have not heard anyone else complaining about it. "Hello, My mom and I looked at your vehicle ad posted on CraigsList and are looking into possibly buying it. We have been looking to get a used car for a while now and this one is exactly what we've been looking for, and I cant wait to see it in person. The tires look pretty good and I'm very happy to find a car with my favorite color. A question though, do you know what the top speed is? I like getting all statistic technical with my cars. Also, do you think you would be able to get me an AutoCheck vehicle history statement? I can give you a link at the bottom of this email where you can buy one, it's like $20 or something, not expensive. Anyways, shoot me an e-mail in a bit and send me that Auto Check so we can talk more. If you have a CF as well send it over, but on my previous vehicle it did not pick up a crash it had, so I require an AC now. Carfax not really needed. autocheck: http://ac.usedcarheaven.info Have a good one" |
