Call the Hall and go try to sign up. There is work in Atlantic City and also Philadelphia. Maybe have to travel some (you are not married) but your bennies will get paid and maybe in 30 years you may have a little pension money coming!

Jed, sorry to here of your layoff. This should be the beginning of the heating season for checks/repairs etc. Look into a travel card to Chicago's 597. Good luck......

Jed, You may want to check out the hospitals and nursing homes in your area....they usually need good hvac mechanics.

They told me it was going to be a 4-6 week stint, but after 4 times in 10 yrs, I don't know what to expect? Thanks a lot guys. This time, I think I may have to unload some stuff? If anyone is looking for some Nova parts, let me know.
