chevelle emblem location

I put NOS quarters and fenders on my 67 chevelle, does anybody make a stencil for drilling emblem holes, I see so many of these cars with emblems that look like my kids put them on, I do not wish to go there, any help with this??

I have just seen lots of kid-installed flags on PeeBait 67 Chevelle fenders

I have a right side original 67 SS Chevelle fender in my attic.
I can take a couple pics with measurements for you if that would help.
