Smokin'
The kid had been bugging me for a smoker so I picked up this mini Brinkman
 Sonny boy did not disapoint....chicken on top, ribs downstairs   He made his own firey chemical warfare mix...   I provided a mix of cherry and apple wood chips over hardwood charcoal for the smoke about five LONG hours later melt in your mouth ribs........    good job Mikey!!

Look great! I love to smoke, but I cheat by using an electric smoker.
Anyone need some FREE hickory let me know. I can deliver to Carlisle. I cut wood and is seasoned six months. I have more than I could use in a lifetime. You can get off my truck at gate three.

Man, those ribs look fantastic! I just finished a big hamburger just a few minutes ago, but just the sight of those bone-laden beauties is making me hungry again!
