I have a 512 block that I would like to use in a very limited street engine build up. The block was filled up to the bottom of the water pump inlets with a solid material (forget what it is called) as many racers in the day did. My question is will this give me any potential problems on a limited street (stock) engine with an adequate stock cooling system. Seems like I remember using blocks like this back in my teenage years with no issues.
