That's an M-21 close ratio part number for the overall assembly itself.
The 1968 vehicles that actually used it are too many to list,but there's a bunch.. |

If its got a 68 Camaro VIN number on it then its from either a Z28, L34 or L78 equiped car These are the only cars that could have an M21 transmission.
