Default ET IV Wheels

I found these wheels while looking through my uncle's collection of old cars/parts today and wondered how I would go about cleaning them without hurting the wheels. I have never seen any wheels like this before and I don't ever think I've seen a 14" wheel that was 9" wide, lol. I thought it was a neat find. Here are some pictures of them. They look like they are made out of some type of aluminum.
