I had them do the red door panels for my 65 Biscayne 2 door. I had to strip down and send them the metal reinforcements at the inside top section of the panels. The first time they sent them back, they were really bad. They had put a lot of extra padding behind the vinyl and the colors were way off. I then sent the originals out there with the new panels and they came back spot on. Also, I wasn't charged for the mistakes or shipping when they screwed up. I am very pleased with how they look. Now I just have to get them in the car!!

I got a set of door panels from them for my 69 Beaumont (Chevelle). The quality, the pattern, the plastic chrome and the door emblem were all good. They required some trimming and relocating of the mounting pin slots and the rear window crank holes and all the cardboard had to be trimmed around the edges. The first time I got them back there was no padding behind the vinyl, it was glued right to the cardboard. I sent them back and they put the padding in them like the original ones.
SMS is very easy to deal with and will do whatever they need to do to make sure you are happy.
I would suggest getting the vinyl separate and have a good interior shop do the installation with your car right there. If you would like to see pictures of mine let me know.
Good luck.

I have made a number of purchases from them over 15 years and picked up most of my orders.
I ordered a set of door panels in 03 for my 71 442 convert. I had earlier looked at PUI and was not happy with the quality.
After 6 months of waiting the door panels arrived and at first they looked OK. I did not get around to installing them for 3 months and by then the wood applique was starting to lift and bubble. They looked suspiciously like the PUI parts I looked at the year before.
A friend had a set made for his Olds W31 and they looked fine. I believe their weekness is where panels have wood applique and mylar combined.
I later purchased a set from Legendary and am very happy with them.
