I just can't stop buying, but this one was too hard to pass up - - Canary Yellow, gauges, tic-toc-tach, buckets, console, original 401 is built with 0 miles, auto tranny, 32k original miles, original paint, California car with NO rust.

Any good AMC websites out there? Any AMC/Javelin fans here? I'm pretty much clueless on AMC's... Thanks, Scott

			Congrats Scott

. Javelins are cool cars and have nice lines. That 401 ought to motivate it just fine. But I have to warn you . If you are looking for support on "stop buying", I don't think this is the best forum. There are a lot of "addicts" 'round here in case you hadn't noticed. This website is like the opposite of "MCA" (aka Muscle Cars Anonymous)! ![]()

What's kind of weird now is that I just need a Mercury (unless my Fords count), Olds, Buick, and Dodge (although I already have one Mopar) and I've got one from each brand. Hmmm....I've seen some decent prices on 70 GS Buicks, and there's this guy nearby with a nice 442 for sale... Scott

Yeah - you got the right idea Scott! Hey looks like you may be back in CONUS. If so, welcome back

(sorry if I missed it earlier). Hopefully a little R & R so you can focus on a "recovery from your car problem" !!! ![]()

Glad to be back! I returned to Ft Hood in February after 15 months in Iraq and now I'm stationed in Arlington, VA. Found a house with two garages (3 cars in each) so I've been wrenching on the cars quite a bit.

			Thanks, Scott

What can you tell us about the car? I saw a canary yellow the another day in the Bay Area for sale but I think it was a 69. Jason |

Jason [/ QUOTE ] Jason - Car has been on the east coast for a few years, but not driven. Super clean body; trunk and undercarriage are immaculate. Lots of great options, too. Scott
