part # 7734398 on part, # on box is 7795039 gm nos.Looks like spear for elky bed? Anyone have a book for this? Has 2 mount studs Pic attached

Yes it is for an Elco. It goes from the top of the taillight up to the bed rail.

is it 69 70 or? and also is it left ,right or does it matter?? i notice box ends in even and part in Odd number. Normally even number means right..thanks
