Default 1968 428 cj mustang holley

Hi guy's, just wondering if a holley carb for a 68 cj has a manual choke on a drag pack car?? I know the boss 302 had a manual choke, but my carb (68 428cj) has a manual choke?

That carb should have a thermostatic (hot air) choke on it.
