Default Radiator Question

I box 46 on my build sheet it lists radiator "LG78" I see radiator tags (Mines missing) Listing LM for L78 camaro and LF for a z28. Should the code on the build sheet tie into the radiator tag i.e.should the tag for my car be LG????

Anyone know

On my buildsheet it is LM78. So yeah, yours should be LG. Do you have the correct radiator in the car? What are your tanks stamped? And I can't remember your car is an auto tranny correct? That's must be why LG vs. LF..

As far as the 78.. I'm not sure anyone really knows what that number signifies.

Yup, mines an auto. I have not looked for stamps on the tanks. Is there somewhere to look?

Each tank has a pair of letters stamped on them. On the side where the tag would be look up from there. It might take the right light to see depending how your radiator is coated. Same with the other side. Let me look for a picture...

WOW thanks for the info, it will be this week end before I can check. I assume it should have a ct on it if it's correct.

And check the other side as well.. Jack's other tank is IA as indicated on the tag. Let me know if you need anything.
