Smog Diverter valve restoration (Plating)

I'm collecting parts to set up a Smog system and the Diverter valve I have has the Cap Painted "Gold Cad" and The Muffler Painted "Cast Grey"

Is there anybody out there that can perform a Plating restoration so that the Cap Is "Gold Cadmium" Plated and the Muffler is Grey Phosphated plated correctly?
