Default 5 Blade Fan

I have a nos 5 blade Fan ,GM part #3935333.It is a non clutch fan,about 19". H on the front and a N on the back , Does anyone know what it goes on? thanks

Sorry for the delay..I was helping someone locate a little block.
Near as I can tell,Fan #3935333 is a Fan used on GMC vehicles.
I don't keep much on GMC,but what lil I do says 1969-72 Truck that sold back then for $19.83 and was discontinued sometime between 1976-81.This is NOT the optional K0-2 cooling fan as somebody suggested to me,as that would have come with a clutch viscus.

The blade shape is different. Notice the corner is angled on Tom's fan.
