64 Muncie??? ID help...

ok...heres another of those trannys that I've had for years...I believe it must be a 64 by the date...but I'm still learning...any help please....Hey verne??? hehe Thanks again!!!

and I think this one has a vin

...but it sure looks like my 5 year old niece stamped it...??? is this normal??? Sorry for the pics, its seems the trans was painted black at one point back in the day!!
