1967 Ford Fairlane Parts Wanted

A friend of mine has a 1967 Ford Fairlane. He is looking for the following parts:

(1)transmission/flywheel inspection cover that bolts to the bottom of the transmission. The tranny is a C-6 and the motor is a 390.

(2) Horn assembly that is inside the steering wheel.

(3) The washer fluid switch assembly that is in the dash board.
