| Olds 350 engine, what is it ? Hi guys ! I have an engine with the number 395558 2 on the originally goldpainted block. When I google the number I see that it should be a 350 built 1968-70. But when I found the pad with the partial VIN on, it read 34E172286. 3 for Olds, 4 for 1964 or 1974 and E for Linden New Jersey. That #4 doesn´t make sense, so what is wrong here ? The numbers on the intake reads: Y 411990 B2 BM with 99 (or 66) for date. What do you think, what year is it from ?
