40th Anniversary Help......????

So.....the 28th of March marks the 40th anniversary year when the Impala was shipped from Canada. Now, 3 owners later, I'm at a dilemma.........

Lets see....the 1st year you give paper....10 years you give roses??? no, 30th year is roses? I know 50 years is diamonds, right? So, any suggestions? I wanna take it out and beat the snot out of it but my wife says no? HELP

If I were you I wouldn't ask the wife for her opinion on how to treat your "mistress". There might be a conflict of interest. But, to answer your question, it sounds like your mistress is into S & M, so I'd giver what she wants!

A forty year anniversary, you'll have to take it easy but I'd go out and let her run through the gears a time or two on a straight strech of roadway.

And for fifty years if you don't want to give diamonds; might I suggest an NOS piece or two. I've seen some NOS stuff for these large Chevys going for the price of diamonds!

Whatever you do just enjoy it, you are driving a terrific piece of history!
