Need to verify 67 Camaro cowl tag & block stamp

Looking at a 67 Camaro and need some help in determining if the cowl tag and block stamp are OK. I really don't want to post the photos online as I don't think it is fair to the owner of the car. He sent the photos to me to look at, not for me to publish. If anyone has a good eye and is willing to help PM me. Thanks
