Hey guys!
I have been wondering about this for some time now. Did the Zl-1 Camaro's use a windage tray? I was always under the impression that the Camaro subframe design mandated the use of an oil pan design that precluded the use of a windage tray. Is this accurate? This topic came up recently and I figured one or more of you guys would know for sure. Furthermore, can any other big block oil pan ( Corvette, for instance ) be used in the 69 Camaro? If one could, I would assume the standard L/71 windage tray would have been included on the L/78 option. Steve
