L-89 engine

Does a 69 L89 engine use special head bolts with washers or the same bolts used on a L78 engine without washers.

A special bolt with a heat treated flat washer..BKH

I had some of those heat treated washers once.
They're part #3899696.

Great picture of that head bolt! Are these head bolts unique to the aluminum head engines? Does anyone know the part numbers for them--both the long and short ones? Thanks.
